That man is not my father. [She says that sharply, wanting to make sure that's perfectly clear.]

But there's a man here who's...like...what I feel a father should be. He was my father, for a while. Have you met Helios? [Note: there is no san there. She really thinks of him as family.]

No, I haven't had the chance to meet him yet. What's he like? [Incoming roll of questions.]

He's probably the kindest man I've ever met. He accepted me and the fact that my romantic interests are a little...different. And he's the one that taught me magic. In...a lot of ways, I think it's everything I could've wanted in a father.

So he's open minded, that's good. Sometimes, it's hard to find parents like that. Like my mom... [Rolling the eyes.]

Your mother's had problems with you and...liking girls?

Well... it wouldn't surprise me if she did.

Because that's how she is. She made a fuss of me going out late. Then there was that one time she made a fuss when looking through a magazine. There was also that time I snuck out to avoid all that. Boy, did I get an earful later.

That just sounds like a concerned mother...

A concerned mother that doesn't value her daughter's freedom.

[A long suffering sigh...]

So, did...you and Hajime-kun manage to have a good time while I was out?

[Just be glad you don't have a mother.]

We managed, and lived. [Laughs quietly. Now comes the suspicious leer with a grin.] And how about you two?

[Minako...don't let her catch you even thinking that...]

We…um…[Rei trails off, her face now completely red, tongue twisted up with pleasant memories and a desire to just crawl under a rock and die from embarrassment. Good Job, Minako, you have managed to break her.]

[Oh may, is she turning red? Minako continues to leer suspiciously getting an idea (Minako ideas, remember). There is a gasp when she's getting the idea.]

Rei. [Is she crawling closer to Rei? Yes she is! Someone forgot the 'chan' part, but that's not important now.] Did you.... [Should she let her fill in the blanks?]

Did...I what? [Okay, she's flustered, but she is not falling for that trap...]

You know... [Don't make her spell it.] First base? Or did you go all the way home?

[faithfulflame]

[...okay, she mumbles now...] We've been on first base for months...

[Rei looks at her feet, face totally on fire...]

But...home plate was nice...

[When trying to find the perfect icon to express this. Thank goodness Minako's ears are like a cat, they hear almost everything. When she hears this, there's a lough 'EHHH?!' following loud enough to even wake up the neighbors. If not, rumble the house at least. If anything, hearing this is both shocking and exciting.]

[Rei sits there quietly through all of this, saying nothing, waiting for the barrage of questions.]

[And here it comes, but first... Minako gently holds both of Rei's hands between them. Minako looks as if she's about to burst into tears, holding them in real good.]
